But the general public is generally unaware of who these powerful individuals on the Court are, and what to expect from them. We know of a few of the media star justices who might be talked about on radio on TV. The Court’s intellectual and philosophical dynamic is complex and fascinating, and well worth the time it takes to learn more about it. USAToday has written a nice overview of the key justices and their competing philosophies, and speculated about the intellectual dramas that will be unfolding in the near future.
