Phone records imply White House and GOP Chairman link to New Hampshire voter suppression
Posted in Category: Politics-misc

Look out White House and GOP Head Ken Mehlman - the New Hampshire GOP’s crimes are about to bite you in the tail

See the news report here: Phone records show intense contact between convicted voter suppressor and White House as crime unfolded.

Republican officials have already been convicted of criminal activity in connection with a GOP voter suppression effort in New Hampshire in 2002, and more indictments are on the way. Among other things, the GOP hired a telemarketing company to jam Democratic phone lines with hang up calls, so that voters could not call for rides to the polls.

This isn’t a dirty trick, it’s a crime. And phone records imply White House involvement. When I say White House, I mean the Political Affairs Office. Phone records show intense contact between the New Hampshire criminals and the White House Political Affairs Office, run at the time by GOP Head Ken Mehlman.

Dems have files a civil lawsuit and are seeking to follow up the phone records to a greater extent than the prosecutors did.

I don’t recall you blogging about that incident. Wouldn’t you define the omission as propaganda?
Also, are you advocating guilt by association? If so, look out lawyers. Like you wrote in your Robert Blake article, we should wait for all the facts before passing judgment.
